We are very forunate to be a part of some great Associations that help, support and guide our myself, my staff and my students and offer events for us to attend.

The Self Defence Federation UK

The SDF was Founded in 2000 by Dave Turton 8^th Dan. It is the leading organisation for Self Defence in the UK.

There are over 3000 members training in England, Scotland, Wales & Ireland. Training in a variety of Arts which all have one thing in common, the promotion of Realistic Self Defence.

The SDF run’s its own Black Belt system SDF Self Defence as well as Instructor diploma’s in aspects of Self Defence and Open Sessions with Dave Turton himself.

Cobra Martial Arts Association

The CMAA was foundered in 2002 by Andrew Morrell 7^th Dan. The CMAA has over 6000 members in the UK and is one of the leading Multi Style Martial Arts Associations in the UK.

The CMAA organises a lot of events like MA Instructor courses, National Seminar, Tournaments, First Aid courses and also run Criminal Records Check’s for Martial Artists schools across the UK.

The CMAA is associated with many other associations such as The SDF, WKC, MASA and others.

National Sport Weapons Association

The NSWA was founded in 2009 by Andy Crittenden, Colin Beddow, Rick Burns & Tony MacDonald. It is a Martial Arts Sports Weapon Association that will be running Tournaments throughout the Uk in Sport Weapons. These are Padded Weapons and include Sword, Nunchaku, Bo Staff and others.

The first NSWA competition will take place on Sunday 18th October in Morpeth, Northumberland and we expect the first event to hit Doncaster early 2010.
