These styles are all Additional classes to the main programs that we run:
Tae Kwon Do
Is the Korean Martial Art foundered by General Choi Hong Hi 9th Dan in 1955. Translated it means “The Way of Hand & Foot” It is mainly a striking art with a strong kicking base. ITF Tae Kwon Do also has many hand techniques. There are patterns, sparring, board breaking, pre-arranged sparring plus lots of techniques & philosophy.
All of our Instructor’s first Art was Tae Kwon Do so this means the standards of teaching are as high if not higher than any other due to the experience they all have. Master Instructor Andy Crittenden started training in Tae Kwon Do with Master Kim Stones in 1987 and is a 5th Degree Black Belt.
Our Senior Instructor Mrs P now runs our TKD System running classes on a Monday at 7pm in Balby and on Saturdays in Edlington.
