A great all round fitness and self defence workout comprising of punching and kicking techniques performed against imaginary opponents, on punch bags and focus mitts. As training progresses and develops students will work with a partner using free sparring techniques.
The Kick Boxing classes are for both adults and kids. Kick Boxing is a very up beat workout and is a lot of fun.
Tournaments and fights are available for students who wish to test themselves in a competition environment.
A Black Belt in Kick Boxing is fit and able to defend themselves.
